House "Our Istria" is near village Rim, which is located on the road Rijeka - Buzet - Trst. House was built at 1886, and now it is completlely renovated and decorated as a house for a vacation for a family with 2-3 kids. In reconstruction only natural and ecological materials were used. On ground floor (cca 50 m2) there is a kitchen, bathroom and larder separated from living room with wooden stairs which leads on the first floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (25 m2 and 18 m2) and area for reading and relaxation. Thick stone walls and air condition secure the freshness in the whole house even at the warmest summer days. Laundry washer, SAT-TV, DVD, Radio, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffy machine, and lots of other little things will make you confortable as in your own home. In addition to the big terrace there is 3600 m2 of courtyard (lawn, flower garden, orchard) surrounded by trees. Staying in this house, away from city crowd, and enjoyment in nature will be a real anti-stress program. For the ones who want active vacation, nearby there is possibility of climb to the mountains, ride horses, paragliding,... In well known tourist places on the coast (Opatija, Rabac, Porec, Rovinj, Umag, ...) you can get with your car for about 30 min.
